Whether you are new to pursuing an income on the internet, or have been at it for awhile,
one of the things you should know is that it is extremely difficult (or, nigh unto impossible)
to do so on your own.
Although I have been involved with online marketing since late 2001,
Team 4 Income was not established until March 2003.
Its original goal was to assist all those wishing to work with a group that
shared your goal of achieving an online income. In its earlier form, T4I tried to identify programs
that would make sense to join as a group. Both because it is normal on the 'net for programs to come
and go, and since any group has some members that will join everything and others that will join
nothing, it became exceedingly difficult to achieve the goal of an 'Income for All'. Therefore,
in June 2005, T4I underwent a significant redesign and refocus.

At this point, I'd like to reiterate a slogan from another program that had TEAM in its title:
Together Everyone Achieves More
That is still one of the best lessons you can learn. And, T4I will attempt to make that easier for you.
It is going to do this by offering both tools and programs to assist in promoting any program of interest to you.
The basic tools have been in place for quite some time. They are:
A ClickTracker to gage the effectness of your promotions. It makes
little sense to work-and-work, or spend-and-spend, to create 'hits'
to your sites, and have no idea which are effective, and which are less so.
A URL Rotator that allows you to promote numerous programs, or assist your downlines.
The rotator account available from T4I allows you to set up as many different rotator links to promote,
with as many different target links as you need, to send your 'hits' to where they will do you
the most good. And, wouldn't you like to have one link to promote and be able to change where
it points to without having to change each and every promotion technique you use?
A banner exchange (Banner Swap) which allows your site of interest to be seen on a variety
of sites, without your having to promote directly with them. Obviously, the more widely
your banners can be seen, the more likely you are to see results.

Coincident with the Grand ReOpening of T4I was the Grand Opening of Spot Ads. This is a program that allows you to
earn while you promote. Not only do you have the opportunity to see a 40% profit, but your banner will appear on a
page promoted by many. And, the worst case scenario is that you don't see a profit, but still get a 55% refund.
Plans for additions to the T4I family include:
A manual traffic exchange (to be named 'Traffic & Earnings') built on the model of the paid autosurfs. It will include the opportunity
to earn money while surfing for credits that will enable your site to be seen by a real person
(versus the unattended monitor of an autosurfer).
A reward system for active members of any T4I program. It will be called 'T4I Shares'. One share will be awarded
for signing up a T4I tool or program, and additional shares will be awarded each month for active involvement.
These shares will gain value through a variety of income sources. For example, a separate account has been setup
at StudioTraffic whose earnings are totally commited to increasing the value of T4I Shares. Also, the income from the T4I site
will be added to the pool of earnings to be shared (including net income from the T4I Store and the Google Ads you
see to the right).
Over the years I've been active on the 'net, I've acquired a large library of ebooks, scripts, templates, and tools.
These will be available to both T4I members and the public in general through the T4I Store to be setup.
