This agreement describes the User Agreements applicable to your use of our services available under the domain of Team 4 Income (including all affiliates) and the general principles for the website of all subsidiaries and International affiliates. If you do not agree to be bound by the User Agreement as put forth in the following sections, do not use or access our services.
You must read, agree with and accept all of the User Agreements contained on this page, including those expressly set down in writing and those incorporated by reference, before you become a member (or affiliate) of team 4 Income, or any associated program. We strongly recommend that, as you read the User Agreement, you also access and read the information contained in the other pages of the website referenced in this document, as they may contain further User Agreements that apply to you as a member.
Please Note: By accepting this User Agreement, you also agree that your use of other team 4 Income programs will be governed by the User Agreements posted on those sites.
We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. Except as stated below, all amended terms should be automatically effective 30 days after being posted. This agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing signed by you and Team 4 Income. This Agreement becomes effective upon becoming a part of the Team 4 Income membership.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
1. Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors or to those temporarily or indefinitely suspended former Team 4 Income members. If you are a minor, you may use this service only in conjunction with your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services.
2. Team 4 Income services are accessible worldwide to anyone with internet access. Access to and use of the service and the sites are subject to the User Agreements, Copyright Notice, and all applicable laws and regulations. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE AND THE WEBSITES YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL THE USER AGREEMENTS IN THIS DOCUMENT. Team 4 Income reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. The changes will appear on this screen. By using the service and the sites, you will in advance accept any and all changes.
3. Any litigation toward Team 4 Income will be the responsibility of the member.
4. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction, Venue:
The site, the information, the User Agreements, any suit, or proceeding arising out of or with respect to, any of the foregoing, or any judgment entered by any court in respect thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Williamson County, State of Texas, USA.
5. SEVERABILITY In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in the User Agreement shall be declared invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the User Agreement shall remain in FULL force and effect, and such invalid, void or unenforceable provision shall be reinterpreted as closely as possible to the original manner in which it was written. Any threats toward our company will not be tolerated and any that bring such will be deleted from our database with forfeiture of any commissions earned or future earnings, and the refund process will be voided.
6. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OF THE SITE The products or services may not be available in their entirety to all geographic areas. Not all persons or entities are eligible for all of the products and services described on the Team 4 Income website. Team 4 Income reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, who may be eligible for any such product or service.
7. GENERAL This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Williamson County, State of Texas, USA, at which venue any and all claims must be pursued.
PRIVACY POLICY
At Team 4 Income we respect your right to privacy. We will never sell or rent your name, email address, physical address or any other identifying information that you give us, to any Third party. When you pay your membership fee, or any other payment, your private information will be encrypted and sent over a ssl secure connection via the facilities of a leading credit card processing company.
By signing up for our services, you agree to receive occasional e-mail from Team 4 Income and from your Team 4 Income upline (your sponsors). Your upline agrees to only contact you regarding Team 4 Income programs, and not offer you other opportunities not associated with the Team 4 Income program.
Unsolicited email from your sponsors promoting other programs not associated with Team 4 Income constitutes spam, and we want to know if you are receiving these! Any sponsor caught spamming his or her downline with programs not related to Team 4 Income will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including deletion of their account and confiscation of any due commissions from the program.
If you are a sponsor, emailing your Team 4 Income downline, keep this in mind! They have agreed to accept your emails to help them with the Team 4 Income programs they are in, they have NOT agreed to allow you to send them email recommending additional programs!
REFUND POLICY
There is a three-day review period. You have 3 days from the date of your joining Team 4 Income (or any associated program) to review the Team 4 Income products and services, and to request a full refund if not completely satisfied. After the expiration of the 3 day review period, you agree to abide by the Team 4 Income "no refund policy." This means you will not attempt to dispute or charge back to Team 4 Income any credit card charges, PayPal, E-Gold, INTgold, or StudioPay account payments; or of any like facility which may be offered by Team 4 Income in the future.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitations of Liabilities, Indemnification. Team 4 Income does not warrant that the site and services will be free and uninterrupted. The site and service is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Neither Team 4 Income nor its owners will be responsible for any losses, damages, or costs that you and/or your business may suffer when using the site or services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team 4 Income from any claims resulting from your use of the website or service. You expressly agree that use of the site or service is at your own sole risk. Neither Team 4 Income, nor the owners, nor the service providers, agents, licensors, or employees shall have any liability for any damage suffered by you or any other party as a result of the use or misuse of the services.
INCOME-CLAIMS AND MARKETING POLICY
Team 4 Income is not responsible for any income claim made by its affiliates or a 3rd party. Although our marketing plan is designed to produce earnings for every participant, one cannot claim a certain time frame in which this happens. Therefore examples are always theory based to explain this type of compensation concept. Earnings always depend on several variables such as effort and timing.
ANTI - SPAM POLICY
You may not promote your referral links through Unsolicited emailing (i.e. Spamming), newsgroup postings, or other methods of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Team 4 Income and may result in legal prosecution. Team 4 Income strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated, with immediate forfeiture of any current or future earnings, but shall also be held liable for the spamming, and we shall cooperate fully with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the spamming incident. Team 4 Income may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent.
MULTIPLE POSITIONS
Multiple signups not within the stated policy shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts.
