It is necessary for me to set up your account to use this tool. However,
once your account is established, you can setup and maintain your
own rotators for your promotional campaigns, as well as the number
of URLs included in each rotator.
To set up your account, please send me the Username, Password, and
Email Address you wish the account to use. In selecting a username,
you should be aware that it will be part of the URL for each of the
rotators you set up. So, it is a good idea to keep it short and somewhat
generic.
